Zostań Liderem Profilaktyki!
Już w najbliższy poniedziałek 28 sierpnia 2023 ruszają zapisy do udziału w kolejnych dwóch edycjach Forum Liderów Profilaktyki (FLP).
FLP to warsztaty podnoszące kompetencje wychowawców, nauczycieli, pedagogów, psychologów szkolnych w zakresie prowadzenia działań profilaktycznych dla dzieci i młodzieży.
W tym roku równolegle odbywać się będą zajęcia w dwóch grupach. Pracownicy edukacji przedszkolnej i wczesnoszkolnej w tej edycji poznają takie narzędzia i metody jak: Trening Zastępowania Agresji oraz Kids’s Skills. Dowiedzą się także jak przygotować grupę na dziecko z diagnozą, porozmawiają o psychoseksualności, co jest normą a na co warto zwrócić uwagę, dowiedzą się o rezyliencji – jak budować prężność psychiczną dziecka oraz o higienie cyfrowej dzieci.
Wychowawcy, nauczyciele, pedagodzy i psycholodzy szkolni klas 4-8 oraz ponadpodstawowych będą mieli okazję dowiedzieć się jak to się dzieje, że mózg nastolatka się uzależnia. Poznają również narzędzia i metody takie jak: Trening Zastępowania Agresji, NVC- nazywany również „Językiem Żyrafy”. Porozmawiamy też o tym, jak ważnym narzędziem profilaktycznym w pracy z nastolatkiem, jest metoda wzbudzania refleksji oraz seksualności nastolatka. Przyszli liderzy profilaktyki dowiedzą się także, jak postępować interwencyjnie w przypadku wystąpienia kryzysów suicydalnych.
Dla kogo: wychowawcy, nauczyciele, pracownicy świetlic, pedagodzy i psycholodzy pracujący w gdyńskich przedszkolach, szkołach podstawowych oraz ponadpodstawowych, oraz inni pracujący w bezpośrednim kontakcie z dziećmi i młodzieżą.
Forma warsztatów: 8 spotkań (raz w miesiącu; październik 2023 – maj 2024) trwających 3,5 godziny. Liczba miejsc ograniczona. Zajęcia planowane są w formie stacjonarnej.
Rekrutacja będzie odbywała się na stronie zdrowagdynia.pl poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy.
